3. What is Our Shopii's return policy?

Our Shopii has a 30-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at ourshopii.com.pk@gmail.com. Please note that returns should be sent to the address provided by our customer support team. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Yes, there are certain items that cannot be returned. If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

8. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
